  2. What is the “Helen” work out? I have forgotten. Newport Beach just has it listed as Helen, no description, and I wanted to know what was going to be happening tomorrow, so I can show off my Crossfit Charlottesville skills! 🙂

    1. Three rounds for time:
      Run 400 meters
      1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
      12 Pull-ups

  3. Anybody live over near Brandywine (next to 250 bypass) and be willing to give me a ride to the gym once or twice this week? Somebody tried to steal my scooter and messed up its ignition, so I’m out of action for at least 5 days.
