    Stayed and worked on tripod stands, frogstands, handstands (got a minute against the wall!), mini-tap swings… stuff. I think mainly I did it all to prolong my return to the snowy outside.

      1. it wasn’t too bad, just a grinder. the cold and elevation got me pretty cramped on the runs. if i had done OH squats and DL RX’ed it probably would have been 10 minutes longer.
