    2. whoever is posting WODs on the whiteboard site might want to wait till we post them on the site. sometimes we make changes to better fit movements, skills, fatigue, etc even though we have everything planned in advance.

    9:12 67# hanging cleans, unweighted pull ups (last few were jumping pull ups)

    WOD at home trying to best semi-mimic the muscle groups used with the minimal equipment I have.

    Box dips
    Knee pushups
    Knees to chest

    Attempted to do it for time but had to stop and sign for a Napa Valley gift basket during the second round. 🙂

    1. I just looked up what my first max power clean was the day we learned how to do them – 47#. I remember being scared I wasn’t going to get under it.

    3. oh ya Justin is getting on the paleo boat. Weight and performance gains to come…Remember I am not anti rice or bread entirely, you just seem to eat refined carbs in every freaking meal of your day. This is a good start.

    WOD: 10:10(?), 77 PCs first two rounds, 67 last 3 rounds. Green band PUs.

    Update on 4 week goal: goal (of 10 DUs by 12/16) met early today. Today I achieved not just 10 (more than once) but 15!!! Many witnesses. Now to do it without tucking my knees up so much. Jason says I need a new goal now, but I think that can wait for 2010.
