  1. 12:01 – jumping pull ups
    32# sandbag

  2. 14:58 – 58# / kipping pullups

    1. The kipping pullups looked great this morning. Hope your hands feel better. I also saw that your power output went up. Thats the highest power you have ever had for a period over 14 min by quite a bit. I’m betting all your power outputs will go up now.

      1. Hands are getting better already

A couple things I found on beyondthewhiteboard
        – You have to put the times for the rowing splits to get it added to the power
        – Have to change Sandbag Clean to Power Clean to be included in the power calc. But the work should be almost the same as a sandbag.

  3. 12:46ish (cannot remember exactly) 22# Jumping PU

  4. 12:59 42#, green band pull-ups

Ben thought jumping pullups weren’t hard enough for me in this workout, so scaled it to 10 green band pullups per round. Yep, plenty hard, but in a good way. This was a fun one!

Fun fun! Need to work on my rowing technique just a bit more!

  8. 16:47 (42# first round, 32# the rest, blue bland pullups)

  9. 13:53, 42#, green JPU x10.

Wow my pull-ups are a disaster. I’ve found a new goal.
