  7. 13:42 10# for 2 rounds, then small hip kip for 2 rounds and then bigger kip for last round but I did 8.
    I love burpees, I love burpees, I love burpees. Maybe it will come true someday.

  12. Ran 5 miles, followed by 2.5 rounds of this at 20#… and then into the black.
    Had a great time, can’t wait to come get some more.
