Traffic tonight was atrocious and my allowance of additional travel time didn’t prove enough for me to make it in time–did yesterday’s at home WOD (push-ups, sit-ups, and squats): 20 rounds even. Unanchored, hands-behind-ears sit-ups. I need an Abmat.
