    10 burpees
    20 pull ups ( mine assisted)
    30 push ups ( mine on kneess)
    40 situps
    50 air squats
    50 air squats
    40 situps
    30 push ups
    20 pulls ups
    10 burpee like moves

    14:02 Body-weight Pyramid
    10 Burpees-20 pullups-30 pushups-40 situps-50 air squats-50 air squats-40 situps-30 pushups-20 pullups-10 burpees

    55#, which was a little easy but we can’t drop the weights here so I went a little light. 100 double unders took me >5 minutes each time, needs work 🙁

    65,65,70(4),65,65 on the bench press.
