  1. Worked out at CrossFit Fire this morning (and took all the inlaws plus some friends with us to see what all the fuss is about)

    Team workout –
    400 squats
    300 pushups
    200 burpees
    100 pullups

    Two people working on the reps at a time, someone on the rower at all times. 386 rower calories, 26:30 (first place calories, last place time, second overall, five people in the group) The winners got a championship belt 🙂

    5×3 hang power clean: 65,65,70,70,75
    L leg raises at the dip station thingee: 5,8,10,12,15 reps
    4 kipping pus in a row x 2

    Yesterday: modified fran (15,10,5 w/55#) in 7:36

  6. 5 rnds of 135# Squat Clean, 10 PUs, 20 Double unders…12:40
