  3. Strength: OH Squats 10-10-10-10-10 — 45#, 50#, 55#, 60#, 65#

    WOD: 50 PUs for time (green band) — 4:29 (really must learn to kip! Even if only with a blue band)

  4. 56, 49, 53, 48 = 206

  5. I’ve been doing the same workout for the past few days.

    “Winter Blues”
    24 hours of tabata intervals of:
    20 seconds coughing / 10 sec rest
    20 seconds sniffling / 10 sec rest
    post total reps.

    I think I’ve hit my PR, but I’ve lost count.

        plus Im really trying to pin point effective rest days by just listening to my body. Todays WOD was the 5th day in a row and it felt pretty good overall but if I wake tommorrow morning with a minor headache and elevated heart rate I think it may be time…
