    50 Pull Ups with Red band
    75 Push ups (knee’s)
    100 Sit ups
    100 Squats

    trying to get as close to FROM on the push ups was killer…need to start doing some bench press or something to strengthen those up

    It’s been a while since I’ve timed the 50 double-unders that I do as part of my daily warmup. PR- 43 seconds!

    50 blue band, 75, 100, 100 – arms still very sore from yesterday. Like Lydia, I can do pull-ups about once every 3 days. More than that gets ugly.

    Um, something was too easy here? (maybe should have used the blue band, or tried 100 reps each… or…) So 1 or 2 weeks ago I did 50 pullups for time with a green band (in Tucson) and that was 4:29. And for the holiday WOD #3 (Angie minus the pullups) I did it (knee pushups) in 12:30. …. progress?
