It’s Lydia’s birthday today!

Everyone gets their own sandbag — choose the heaviest that you can handle.1 clean first minute, 2 cleans second minute…etc. until you can’t do as many cleans as elapsed minutes. Time limit is 23 minutes.

(scoring = # minutes completed X sandbag weight)

    1. Oh, so my total score: 704 (not counting the extra 17 cleans)

      1. Yeah, I don’t think they’ll let me in to other gyms with the 5 fingers, so I guess I’m stuck with crossfit!

  5. 22 rounds with 42 lbs. 924 not counting the 17 in round 23. So close to finishing!

    1. You know, we probably could have finished had we not rested one bit in that last minute. We missed it by only six… next time we’ll push harder!

  7. Two sick kids made me workout at home
    30# dbs clean 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
    10 burpees in between even rounds and 20 sit ups in odd rounds.
    Not sure of time.

  9. 18 rounds + 15 cleans with 31# bag of squirrels = 558

    Note to self: wear a turtleneck and long sleeves next time to prevent sand bag hickeys.
