  1. Volunteering at CrossFit Works GET SOME challenge and possibly judging. NO NO NO should be fun.

    No more WOD’s before driving extended distances which can cause much trouble extricating yourself from the car.

    Looking forward to getting back.

  6. 70kg x5 Not really heavy, but trying to work on my crazy right knee. It likes to buckle at the bottom of the squat.
