Thursday Workout: Met Con

Three rounds of the following for time:

  • 25 kettlebell swings (45# Men / 35# Women)
  • 30 push ups
  • 40 sit ups
  • 50 double unders (substitute 50 tuck jumps or 150 regular rope jumps)

Compare to 7/22.

  2. Can I swim for fun at lunch? Or is there anything else we should be doing to prepare?

    1. i wouldn’t swim unless it’s very easy and slow. resting and eating well.

    2. Rest and get your snow boots ready. The 5th WOD will be “Shovel your car out for time”.

      2. I didn’t swim all out. Did the hot tub for time and totally rocked it! Yeah, shoveling… I’m so over that. But I do have my snow boots in my car just in case.

      3. Hot tub for time, now there’s a work out I can get behind.
