Saturday Workout: Filthy Fifty & New On Ramp!

Regular classes are at 10AM and 11AM on Saturday. The New On-Ramp Starts at 11:30AM. We’ll start moving stuff after the 11AM class is done.

For time:

  • 50 Box jumps 24/18 (inch box)
  • 50 Jumping pull-ups
  • 50 Kettlebell swings (45# / 35#)
  • Walking Lunge 50 steps
  • 50 Knees to elbows
  • 50 Push press (45 pounds)
  • 50 Back extensions,
  • 50 Wall ball shots (20 pound ball)
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double unders

    19:58 (18″ box, 35# KB, 14# WB)

    27:13 with knees raises instead of KNEs

    I really wasn’t expecting to be able to finish this today before starting. 🙂

  5. Ran 18 mi in 3 hours — I passed by xfit and was tempted to stop in. I think this would have taken me another 3 h to do … congrats to all who did!!

  7. GREAT JOB ON RAMPERS! That’s the most intensity I’ve ever seen out of a new group 🙂

    17:58 (12″ box, 25# KB, knee raises, 15# PP, 6# WB, single jumps)

  10. I think we were that intense because we saw the end of the Filthy Fifties.
