As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 Hand Stand Pushups (scale as needed)
  • 10 Push Press (89# Men /67# Women)
  • 15 Box Jump (24# / 18# )

  1. What does “Buy In” mean?

    1. Buy in and Cash out are two terms that are adopted from a famous affiliate, Brand X. Brand X is the site that posts daily scaling recommendations for the mainsite WOD’s. (Mainsite–>Start Here–>BrandX Scaled Workouts)

      Basically they are just some skill work that you do before and after the WOD to improve on specific weaknesses.

      Coming directly from the source “Buy in and Cash out are the Brand X way to include skill work in the warm up and cool down.”
