What does “Buy In” mean?
Buy in and Cash out are two terms that are adopted from a famous affiliate, Brand X. Brand X is the site that posts daily scaling recommendations for the mainsite WOD’s. (Mainsite–>Start Here–>BrandX Scaled Workouts)
Basically they are just some skill work that you do before and after the WOD to improve on specific weaknesses.
