  1. Pullups: 21, 14, 13 (green band, still nursing the hands)
    WOD: 12:28 – 45#, 111#

    This was a tall girl’s nightmare. Kyle’s t-shirt said it best, “A special kind of torture.” What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!

  2. 19/9/7 for strict pull-ups

    15:15 for wod (77#, 199#).

    1. actually 82 for thrusters i guess since i had the lucky 50# bar

  3. PU: 25, 14, 10
    WOD: 16:10, 77# thrusters, 177# DLs

    This was one of the most difficult workouts I’ve done to date–it absolutely flattened me.

  4. At home pullups: 2-1-1 (no bands at home!)

  5. Pull-ups at home: 12, 4, 3. 12 strict pull-ups is a PR for me!
