  10. Shoulder press: 3×5 15 lb dumbbells, 2×3 20 lb dumbbells (was quite surprised to learn 20 lb DBs were not too heavy)

    No BS, smith machine hurts my back

    forgot actual instructions, did 5 TGU per side @ 17 lbs
