  3. Couldn’t make it in to the lunch or evening class tonight, so had to improvise at the gym I still have a membership to:

    5×5 slow pullups
    7 rounds: 20×35# db swings, 300 m run

  4. Yay for rest days! But I, too, got shiny new shoes yesterday. Not fancy Oly shoes like Landon, but running shoes. Yes, that’s what I said. Real grown-up *r-u-n-n-i-n-g* shoes. Now I have no excuse!

  5. DUDE! This is the first morning I’ve EVER gotten up before 6am to workout. I need some serious a$$ kissing tonight from whoever was responsible for no-show 🙂 See you at 6pm.
