    WOD: 12:02 – full 21/15/9
    (box HSPUs, red band rings, KPUs)

  6. BS: 138#

    WOD: 12:00 (21/15/9 — 2 abmats +5kilo plate HSPUs, red band RDs, KPUs)

    (8 seconds faster than a month ago, and this time the only difference was the push-ups were hands off ground)

    WOD: 14:05. 1st rd hspu with 2 abmat + 10kg, other 2 sets with box.

    JT: 12:55 (HSPUs on tall box first round, med box last two; ring dips on toes and 15-12-9; knee pushups)

    I really, really don’t like being upside-down. Bleh.
