Help Ben Travel Across Country on his Bike for Charity

Ben King is a long time friend of Crossfit Charlottesville and has trained in the box since its opening this past summer. This summer he and 23 other riders will ride their bikes across America to raise money and awareness for the James Q. Miller MS clinic here in Charlottesville at the UVA medical center. The MS society of Charlottesville and its local research Doctors are some of the frontrunners in todays search for a cure while helping hundreds of local patients with the debilitating disease that affects of people all over the world. Ben will not only be relying on Crossfit for the majority of his training in preparation for the ride, but also asking his friends from his home box for help raising money for this great cause.
