well i was thinking 150 would be a good goal. so 500 for the best of the best sounds reasonable.
The left hand column is the total number of reps. That other number is the # of awarded points for the placement. I looked up the full results to see how they determined who was in the lead. Plus, 500 reps in 540 seconds? Really?
But this one will be a fun one, methinks.
I am bummed- I missed all of last week due to back injury and will be gone for work until Friday. I am planning on doing some bodyweight WODS….any suggestions?
