  2. I’m pretty sure left is reps and the middle column is a %-normalized score.

    1. That said, feel free to shoot for 500 reps 🙂

      2. well i was thinking 150 would be a good goal. so 500 for the best of the best sounds reasonable.

      3. The left hand column is the total number of reps. That other number is the # of awarded points for the placement. I looked up the full results to see how they determined who was in the lead. Plus, 500 reps in 540 seconds? Really?

        But this one will be a fun one, methinks.

  3. I am bummed- I missed all of last week due to back injury and will be gone for work until Friday. I am planning on doing some bodyweight WODS….any suggestions?

    1. you looked much better than last week, depth will come with increased hip flexibility and posterior chain strength. just remember to eat breakfast/lunch/snacks before coming in so you are properly fueled.
