As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes of:
- Run 400 meters (to hump)
- Max rep pull ups (we’ll use bands if you can’t do regular pull ups)
For each round, do as many pullups as you can without dropping off the bar. Count each round of pull ups and keep track of your lowest rep-set of pullups.
7 rounds (5,5,5,5,5,6,8 BBPU)
Ran up the hill to the second pole. I don’t know how far that is.

15 minute lunchtime WOD (Bless you, Ben!) 4 rounds – 15, 12, 8, 9
Running WODs are always tough for me. But this was tougher trying to do it on less than 5 hours of sleep, she says to the person who woke her up with a post-midnight phone call. Yeah, you know who you are! BTW, the more pull-ups you do, the less running. I’m just saying.
“Let’s call Joelly!” “Okay!”
Bwahaha it seemed like a good idea at the time…we missed you!
That was my theory on the running too, Joelle 🙂
15 mins plus finishing pullups… 4 rounds, 10, 7, 4, 3 with blue band
Melly and I have formed the “We can’t run, but we’re way awesome at some other stuff” club. Wanna join?
