    1. Ran up the hill to the second pole. I don’t know how far that is.

  2. 8 rounds (7,7,7,7,8,8,8,8 strict PU)

  3. 15 minute WOD: 4 rounds + run (7, 5, 6, 4 ?)

  4. 15 minute lunchtime WOD (Bless you, Ben!) 4 rounds – 15, 12, 8, 9

    Running WODs are always tough for me. But this was tougher trying to do it on less than 5 hours of sleep, she says to the person who woke her up with a post-midnight phone call. Yeah, you know who you are! BTW, the more pull-ups you do, the less running. I’m just saying.

    I should’ve gone for rounds of 7 pull ups, but it was still a good workout.

    1. Oh yeah, I also did a toe touch, which is a PR.

  8. 6 rounds, 46 pullups total w/blue band. (How do you all remember your splits??)

  11. 6.5 rounds @ 10 (blue band)

  12. Ran 4 walked 5th
    8-8-7-7-10 (green band)
