  2. ran 400M x 5 w/ Jason at Lannigan Field. the idea was each round was supposed to get faster, but i got a little excited when i saw i was well under pace for the 1st one. it about sums up all my CrossFit WODs. i think Jason followed the rules..

    67, 80, 120, skipped, 71(switched to spikes)

  3. Track WOD with Justin:
    5 rounds of 400 meters. Each 400 is faster than the previous one, and the first 400 must be faster than your PR mile pace. 5 minutes of rest between rounds.

    78/77/75/74/65. Guess I sandbagged too much on the first 4 rounds. 🙂

    We’ll definitely be doing more of these as the spring/summer progresses, so let me/Justin know if you want to join in on the track fun.
