    11:13 – 20″ box, 10# wall ball, ring rows

    I used to like ring rows, but after today…?

  7. 14:23 w/ normal pull ups

  8. 11:13. Came in with nothing in me, did 7-4-5 pullups, then finished off with 15 jumping pullups to make up for it. We’ll get ’em next time. Matt was a warrior.

  10. 12:16 10# wb, red band – (last two rounds scaled to 15 pu)
