    First time with big girl plates on the shoulder press and I was so. excited.

    WOD: 32# with 20 rounds completed

        … altho I should correct the post to say I finished the round with 20 cleans, not 20 rounds which would be like 30 cleans. Alas, no edit button.

    WOD: 15 rounds at 32#, was felled by terrible headache that came on during round 2 – second WOD in a row this has happened, not pleased, advice welcome

    WOD: 32# Not quite sure how to count this… did round 19 twice with a few seconds to spare. So I would have done 20, but technically didn’t. Mental fail.

  14. SP: 72, 77, 77, 77, fail (when i thought i was adding 3lb when i was really adding 3 kg), 79, 79
    WOD: 14 rounds of 42# (1 or 2 shy of 15 – should’ve pushed it on that one)

  15. shoulder press: 111-116-121-126, failed a couple times at 133

    WOD: I went for 12 minutes (the round of 22 cleans) before Ben decided it was enough. ha! great to work out in the new space. I’m moving back in a month–see you guys then!
