In Teams of 4, do as many reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:
- Wallball (20lbs men / 14lbs women)
- Power Cleans (89lbs men / 67lbs women)
Only 2 People working per team, one person working per exercise.

used 35# db for cleans, 10# med ball for one armed wall balls.
