    (Burgener warmup with empty bar)
    heavy muscle snatch + 2 OHS: 67#
    heavy single split jerks: 94#

  3. O-lifting:
    snatch + 2 OHS: 45#
    jerks: max 62# (PR)

  4. kyle and Landon total 350 x 2 = 700 total

    1. used 35# db for cleans, 10# med ball for one armed wall balls.
