Tuesday: Partner Hill Carries, Pullups, KB Swings



Carry a Similar-Sized Partner Up the Hill to the Sign TWICE.  If no partner exists, use sandbags that match your body weight.


  • 30 Pullups
  • 30 KB Swings (45# / 35#)
  • 15 Pullups
  • 15 KB Swings
  • 10 Pullups
  • 10 KB Swings
