  3. Mile for time today= 11:18.8- 10 seconds faster than 2 weeks ago. I really almost puked but did it.

  4. Alarm didn’t go off, so had to do this at the AFC…
    DU’s: 348, including the first 35 unbroken(PR).
    Their jump ropes must be magical, usually I’m lucky to string five together unbroken.

    1. Good LORD those are some horrible marks.

      The dermatologist asked me yesterday what “all those bruises” on my legs were from. Only later did I notice I still have welts from double unders the other day.
