    PUs: first round strict (but re-set each time), last 4 rounds with red band (too easy, if only there were a purple band!)
    Row: 1:49.7 (PR by 0.3. I will take it. May have been faster if I hadn’t had to adjust the seat twice due to dire threat of falling off).
