  7. Checked out Crossfit Center City in Philly. It was SO CUTE (the size of our old gym) annnnnnd I went with my mother!!! She rocked.

    5×5 weighted pushups: 10#, 10#, 10#, 15#, 15# (should have tried 20#)

    2 rounds max effort 500m row, rest as needed between — 1:46.7 (PR by 3seconds), 1:55.8
