Row 1,000 Meters, Rest 3 Minutes, then:

5 Rounds of:

  • Max Rep Thrusters 111#/89# (move immediately to pullups)
  • Max Rep Chest to Bar Pullups
  • Rest 3 Minutes

Record your score as your rowing time minus 2 seconds for each rep.

    Is it possible that there is a correlation between time of day and workout performance. If so, can we get a midnight class going? I think if you did I can bust out a sub 2 minute fran!

  9. WoW (workout of the week): 24 mile hike on Appalachian Trail. 40# pack. 2.5 days. Whew!

  15. Final score was 98, not sure how I got there – I think it went something like:

    266 s – 84 reps * 2 = 98

    57# thrusters, pus were strict for rds 1-3, then added a plate so I could touch at the bottom and string them together faster. I have no idea how I’m gonna record that on BTWB.

  16. 243-105*2=33 Impressive final number, but I had to sub kpu for pu and 45# thrusters. So…. not so much. Still out of it.
