    Power Snatch — 5×2 (~85%): 77#
    Power C&J — 7×1 (~90%): 84# (left shoulder was tight so I didn’t add weight)
    Snatch Balance — 3×5: 35#, 57#, 57# (still need to not land so wide! gah!)

  2. WOD: 6:42 or 6:48 Rx (w/ Landon)
    TGU: 20#

  3. WOD: 7:33 (25# kb) w. Sara
    TGU: 10#

  4. Wod: 7:17 rx with Tom
    TGU: 15lbs nice and slow

  5. 5:42 with Landon. I only held one 53# KB.
