My goof this morning AJ, Lauren and Jenn. Should have stopped every minute while u were doing thrusters to do pull ups!
So we missed out on ~ 4 x 15 pull-ups? *mock sigh*
I knew I should have gone in the morning today…
Did all the thrusters in 13:54 (67#), followed by 24 BBPUs.
Thrusters: 35# in ~14:20
20 GB PUs
9 rounds (67# for first half of thrusters, 45# for second half)
11 rounds– 77 lbs thrusters.
