A2A Backsquat 5-5-5-5-5

Make sure you go light enough so you can get proper depth.

WOD

8 Minute AMRAP

  • 5 One Handed Overhead Squats Left Hand (45# / 35#)
  • 5 One Handed Overhead Squats Right Hand (45# / 35#)

If you drop the kettlebell or dumbell, you have to do 10 Burpees. Score is total number of overhead squats.
