    1. Unfortunately, no. With the chaos of the move and starting a new job, I’m AWOL tonight. If it makes you feel better, I did run TWICE this week in my new neighborhood. But you can do this one, Melly!!!

  8. 66 pullups in 6 rounds. Started with chest-to-bar and switched to normal half way through.

  11. 18/14/11/11/10/9 + run (got to pullup bar with 2 seconds left 🙁 ) = 73.

    almost got killed by a downed power line, did some rowing, some double unders in between and ring rows.

  13. 10-10-10-10-10 blue band = 50 in 5 rounds. plus half a run.

  14. 5 rounds, 21 total ring rows

  15. 7 rounds: 5-11-8-6-6-4-3 = 43 (I know the total is right but I’m fuzzy about the last three splits).
