As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes of:
- Run 400 meters (to hump)
- Max rep pull ups (we’ll use bands if you can’t do regular pull ups)
For each round, do as many pullups as you can without dropping off the bar. Count each round of pull ups and keep track of your lowest rep-set of pullups.
