  1. This sounds terrible.

  2. If only this video truly captured the absolutely EPIC amount of water that was falling from the sky during that WOD. Damn…

  3. WTF might be a more appropriate name for the WOD.

  4. I am going to go ahead and speculate that this WoD is going to need a time cutoff.

    600 movements x 3 sec/move = 1,800 sec = 30 minutes.
That is a brisk pace and it still takes half an hour.

I can tell right now that I will hit the wall on the pushups. 150 strict pushups is a TON.
Also, can anyone tell me what a “Goblet squat” is?

    1. goblet squat = hold a kettlebell upside down against your chest, then squat.

push ups are going to be the rest from all of that leg work

    2. Jon you can always do knee pushups. All the cool kids are doing it these days.

    3. if you think this is bad, just wait till we till we do Murph or Angie

  5. 28:10 (3/10ths 10#wb, 7/10ths 6#wb; 15#kb; knee pu)
    whee!

    1. awesome!

  6. 30:22 35# subbed ring rows for push ups.

  7. Saw the Twitter post about running in 100 degree weather and couldn’t help but show you a video of what I did yesterday in that 100 degree weather.

Ohh ya, the night before we went to bed at 0230 because we just returned from being in the field (95 degrees plus full gear (~45lbs)) since 0500. We covered roughly 10-12km in that time. fun, fun.

Miss you guys a ton! Hopefully I’ll get a chance to stop in next weekend for a workout or two.

  8. Hang in there, Nate—that’s intense!

  9. he he, ha ha, and ho ho (oh no!)….

28:14, scaled to 20 reps for each (14# WB, 35# KB, kpu)

this one was a doozy. ugh, ouch. whew.

    32:58 RX

  11. “But I am le tired.” “So take a nap — then fire ze missiles!”

42:33 (maybe took *one* too many breaks here). 14# WB, 35# KB, 25# GS, but only 10 pushups each round. Luckily didn’t feel that “about to faint” feeling until the fifth round.

  12. good job everyone. this was a tough one.

    1. and where were you? hmmmmmm?

  13. 37:57 RX. Almost passed out but I made it!

  14. 37:58 – 10#wb, 20#kb, knee pushups

The 10# wall ball was a major victory since I told myself I could switch to the 6# when it got too hard, and I didn’t.

  15. 45:06 Rx’d
    ..by myself..ugh..

  16. 27:52 (I think) – 6# wb, 20# kb, kpu. Only 15 push-ups each round.
