Did the “World Fitness Trail” at the Navy base in VA Beach.
please elaborate
It was an outdoor trail that takes you through different “stations”. Stuff like pull-ups, L-hold chin-ups (mine were I shaped), zig zag jumps over 12″ pipes, up and over ladder climb, hollow holds, step-ups (like box jumps but just stepping), there were a couple of other ones that I can’t remember. Not too hard since there was a lot of recovery time between stations as I tried to read the description of the next one and figure out what I was supposed to do.
