Deadlift 5-3-1-1-1-1 (work to max effort. if you are new do 3-3-3-3-3)

WOD

  • 3 Minutes Max Box Jump (24/20 inch)
  • 1 Minute Rest
  • 3 Minutes Pull-ups
  • 1 Minute Rest
  • 3 Minutes Thrusters (M:115#, W:83#)

    1. Don’t know if it can really compare to March’s score because of scaling but… this time I did 7 more BJs, 1 more “pull-up” (ring rows this time, red band last time), but 11 fewer thrusters (though 15# heavier now). Total score dropped by 3 reps.

  13. Did the “World Fitness Trail” at the Navy base in VA Beach.

      1. It was an outdoor trail that takes you through different “stations”. Stuff like pull-ups, L-hold chin-ups (mine were I shaped), zig zag jumps over 12″ pipes, up and over ladder climb, hollow holds, step-ups (like box jumps but just stepping), there were a couple of other ones that I can’t remember. Not too hard since there was a lot of recovery time between stations as I tried to read the description of the next one and figure out what I was supposed to do.
