DL: worked on form with Ben… I think Elizabeth’s tip on keeping knees out will help a lot. a bunch of sets at 67#, a few at 77#, one at 89# then back to 67 for a few more.

– 22 pull ups partner assisted… I think we only did 4 rounds of these not 8? Seem to recall doing 5 or 6 per round. So we should count the ones our partner did as part of our total 🙂 It wasn’t exactly Resting…. though we got an extra 10 seconds…
