  3. heavy single C+J: 155 (PR 44#)

  4. Pretty big free class at 10.

    Sprint to street (100m?), 5 burpees, 10 air squats
    5 rounds in 8 minutes

    Did my first double-unders yesterday and today was the first time I’ve come two days in a row… even if I did do the free class 🙂

    Still need to get over my fear of dropping under the bar (the clean shouldn’t be the limiting factor here!… but right now it is).
