    1. I am totally doing some stretch + laying down thing.

      1. More laying down than stretching though, of course. šŸ™‚

  2. 4 rounds + kb + 13 lunges (20#)

    1. 280 : 4 rounds + kb swings + kb lunges (35#)

  3. 4 rnds +KB swings +OH walking lunges +5 push presses
    (35# KB for swings, 25# KB for everything else)

    and then some tennis

  4. 3rnds + KB swings + pp + 5 OH lunges: 35#,20#
    I think I did them out of order.

    1. that was my fault

  5. 4 rounds (25# swings, 20# pp/wl)

    this one kinda kicked my butt, unexpectedly

  6. 4 rnds + 20 kb swings + 10 pp (25# “kb” for swings, 15# for pp, 20# for wl)
    (I also did the exercises out of order – did the lunges last)

  7. 5 rds + 10 kbs (45# for kbs, 35# for rest)

  8. 5 rounds .. wait for it..

    swings -45#
    left arm press – 25#
    right arm press – 35#
    left arm lunges – 25#
    right arm lunges – 45#

    1. this is why everyone did it out of order, to ease your KB swapping

  9. 3 rds kbs 19 lunges

    20# kbs
    10# lunges
    15#pp- 10 on last round

    On a side note- I am trying a gluten free beer- Redbridge- pretty damn good!

  10. 4 rounds, 20 swings (swing = 45#, other two = 35#)

  11. 5 rounds plus 1 swing (25# swings, 15# everything else)

  12. 5 rounds + 17 swings (20# swings, 10# for the rest)
