  2. What an apt video for what I did today at Crossfit Works (Tucson) —

    find a 5-rep working weight for the power snatch: 80#
    (probably could have gone up to 85# but we ran out of time)

    WOD: 10! box jumps (24″/20″), hip raises with heels on box, box HSPUs [cut-off time: 13:00]

    WOD: went solo, row splits: 51.5, 52, 53.6

  5. SP: 45, 45, 45, 50, 50, 50 (and then some fooling around with dumbbells)
    WOD: solo, did static holds for as long as the previous row split had been: 57.7, 57.7, 58.8

  6. 111 x 3, 116, 121 x 2

  7. shoulder press 10-10-10-10-10 dumbell 20#
    WOD: 7:11 RX with Ope and Joby

  8. SP: 121, 126, 126(3) / 121×3

    WOD: 8:30 Rx malcolm+michael

  9. SP: 45, 15, 25×2, 30, 32×2
    WOD: 11:04 w sage. I accidentally rowed an extra 250 meters. Whoops!

  10. 57, 61, 63 (x5), 67, 72, 77 (x3)… I think. Need to learn kgs. WOD ~10:00 w/Bethany. Splits all all slightly above 60 sec, grrr so close.

  11. SP: 133, 133, 133 x 3; 143, 155, 155 x 3

    WOD: did ring hold for row split time. only held it for first round so did 5 burpees with each of the last two rounds.

  12. SP: 3×35#, 3×45#
    WOD: 9:55 (w/Meg)

  13. SP: 57, 61, 63, 67×3 (I may have tried 72#, not sure. I did fail on the last rep of the last round though.)
    WOD: a bit under 10:00 (w/ Kim)
