      1. well it seemed heavy when I did a couple warm up reps. . . but once I got going it was a bit lighter than I had expected. still figuring things out, thanks for keeping me honest.

    7:45 rx @ 155# (shoulda gone a little heavier on the dl)

  22. 7:38 with 135# and 1 abmat (deadlifts were very easy, HSPU not so much)

  23. 6:15 or 6:50 (couldn’t hear…either way, sad showing, but i agree with Devon, hspu=scary, even on the box. Need to work on that.) @ 111# (high reps of dl kill my hands…may need to get some gloves because tape doesn’t seem to be cutting it. help!)
