    WOD: 19:13 5PU/5Jumping pull ups/round thanks to ben for letting me finish it out

    WOD: 9:36 (RX except the first rnd cuz i didn’t read the website and didn’t know we were doing hands off the ground push-ups oops)

    WoD; 100 Push ups; 90 Pull ups; 12 min cutoff.

    so I thought 55 was a PR, but as it turns out I did 55 way back in November and have never been able to do it again. hm. onward.
    WOD: 9:25 w/ring rows (went from plank to bent knees)

    they scaled to 20bupees, 40 Walking Lunges & 60 Air squats
    Me and Tulsa xfit did 30bupees, 60 walking lunges, 90 Air Squats
