Strength

Power Clean (3-3-3-3-3, 5 to 10 pounds heavier than last week, rest interval 70 seconds)

WOD

30, 25, 20, 15 and 10 rep rounds for time of:

  • burpees
  • box jumps (24″/20″)
  • toes-to-bar

Saturday Schedule

      1. Yeah Joelle- it was the only way to honestly explain it!!! 🙂
        I actually am not sure that what I did today could be called burpees but really trying to explain that would have just been embarrassing…something like “Plop on floor…strain to push self up…”.
        I won’t go on- they just weren’t pretty.

      2. Honestly… when I do burpees, I actually lay on the ground for a split second on each one. I tell myself that it’s my way of knowing I get low enough for FROM. Probably more like resting in disguise.
