I actually am not sure that what I did today could be called burpees but really trying to explain that would have just been embarrassing…something like “Plop on floor…strain to push self up…”.
I won’t go on- they just weren’t pretty.
Honestly… when I do burpees, I actually lay on the ground for a split second on each one. I tell myself that it’s my way of knowing I get low enough for FROM. Probably more like resting in disguise.
