  • 30 Wallballs
  • 50 Double Unders
  • Max Rep KB Swings (1.5 Pood / 1 Pood)

Score is total number of KB swings.  Scale so you can get to KB swings.

  14. well I didn’t “get there” . . . couldn’t string du’s together. 14#, red band.

    104# on pc’s

  15. PC: 175# – ugly mess of front curls, stupid muscles….

    WOD: 87 reps – grip was the problem at the end

    wod 77 rx, rested WAY too much on the kb swings.

    WOD: 42 (ring rows, mix of knee/reg pushups, 6# wb, 25# kb) – easing back into it

  19. PC: 116# for first round, but 3rd rep shaky (mentally not there) so dropped to 111# for rounds 2-5. Should have stayed with 116# and mentally forced myself to bend my darn knees.

    WOD: 28 rx
    the good: first 2 rounds of Cindy were totally unbroken and I completed all five in under 5 minutes as hoped (kind of really want to try full Cindy again…)
    the bad: poor self-motivation to not rest on wall-balls and lack of DU rhythm meant I started that KB swings at 9 minutes in. Oof. Also I have a slooooooow swing. Must fix that.
