PC: 116# for first round, but 3rd rep shaky (mentally not there) so dropped to 111# for rounds 2-5. Should have stayed with 116# and mentally forced myself to bend my darn knees.

the good: first 2 rounds of Cindy were totally unbroken and I completed all five in under 5 minutes as hoped (kind of really want to try full Cindy again…)
the bad: poor self-motivation to not rest on wall-balls and lack of DU rhythm meant I started that KB swings at 9 minutes in. Oof. Also I have a slooooooow swing. Must fix that.
