    VERY upset about this, actually, since last time I did this WOD @204# in 8:46 🙁 Very frustrating especially since I was mentally pumped for heavy DLs today. Super sad. So sad I’m no longer ecstatic about the unassisted ring dip(s) I got before the WOD. Three of them.

    1. Too bad on the DLs, but good choice in backing off and not blowing yourself up! And ring dips are not something to poo poo, so well done!

      And super sad should be reserved for overcooking bacon or spilling a gallon of milk, so perk up!

      1. And another thing, didn’t you just PR in the DL the other day? Your posterior chain is probably all whacked out from that still, so there’s another excuse for ya!

      1. Yes I hope it does! It is my chance to redeem myself (though I’m doing it at 8… then Oly lifting at noon). I guess just an ‘off’ day — I’m just super frustrated b/c it’s so worse than my last time and I was super pumped for it. But I guess we all have our bad days.

        I got 3 more ring dips after, 2 of which were strict. So yes there is that.
