  7. Been a long long time since I’ve worked any OHS so I did:

    3-3-3-3-3 @ 95# just to reteach my body how to move properly

    WOD: 12:31 w/ 50# dumbbell throughout.

    As a note, 50# dumbbell overhead squat=not fun

    I haven’t felt this awful during a WOD in a long, long time. Let this be a lesson to you, boys and girls. Just because you make cookies for your child, doesn’t mean you can eat as many as they do. Serious carb fail. Ugh!
