Alternating Tabata (16 Intervals Total)

  • Push Press (77 / 55)
  • Hang Power Clean (77 / 55)

Score is total number of reps. If you drop the bar or the bar touches the ground, 10 rep penalty each time (even during the rest interval).

Compare (sort of) to 9/22.

  1. Is this penalty a “do more reps after the time is up” penalty or a “subtract that from your score” penalty?

    note to self: hook grip with 35# bar way more effective than with normal bar since I can actually reach my thumbs
