  1. instead of weighted pullups (ha), 2 strict pullups and some ring rows.
    wod: 6:06 (red band pu 1st rd then blue, box hspu)

  2. 4 pullups + 3 rings rows
    WOD: 7:26(?) (red band, 2 abmats)

  3. 6:59 Box HSPUs, Mix of PUs and RRs (mostly RRs)

  4. 5:15ish. 2 ab mats for HSPU. Pullups started off chest to bar but it quickly deteriorated to chin.

  5. 12:38 (not all pullups C2B, especially the later ones)

  6. 5:33 (sub knee pushups & rr)

  7. 6:19 (Pushups and RRs)

    Couldn’t even do box pushups because my head feels like it’s going to explode when I’m upside down, but this was my first WOD doing actual pushups instead of knee, so yay!

    1. yay pushups! now you can make your wods that much harder.

  8. 2:57 RX’d

    Butterfly C2B for half of first and second rounds, but kipping for the rest.

  9. 4.5 pullups, ring rows to round out the set
    5:45 – box HSPUs, ring rows, both of which feel cheat-y once I get tired so not sure how awesome my ROM was
