Just pointing out also that the KB swings are technically RX’d at 1 Pood – 36#. But last time I did this I did at at 1.5 pood and got it done, so let’s go!

26:01 rx… well sort of.
Had to use the 45# bar (too many girls, not enough lighter bars) so only did 38 reps on PP and GM (equals same amount of work so my good-at-math friends tell me).
PR (by 2:02) and K2Es this time way more legit than in June. I even took away 3 reps from myself when I hit my triceps instead. Wall balls still make me think I suck at life, however.

You know its a good workout when you get home and your legs are so shot that you stumble into the wall and barely make it up the stairs. Loved this workout btw!

Slower than June, but I only did 35 reps (plus lighter weight) back then. Exciting part now – unbroken kb swings at 35#!

had *nothing* in me today. switched to 25lb kbs and 6lb wall ball 1/2way through each set. at least i got 10 more burpees in than last time
24:38 w/ only 35 burpees.
I had to stop doing burpees because my recently tweaked shoulder was telling me to stop.
This performance is 15 burpees less, but about 4 minutes faster than my June WoD.
Totally gassed at end. Great workout to come back with after being out.
